Return and Refund Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged during delivery. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with photographic evidence of the damage. Make sure to make the proper unboxing video of the order. We will replace the damaged product or offer an exchange of equal value.
No Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If your product is eligible under our return policy, an exchange or replacement will be provided.
