No Returns or Refunds
As part of our quality assurance policy, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that are delivered in perfect condition and as per the order placed.
Replacements / Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Products
While we take every measure to ensure safe delivery, if you happen to receive:
- Damaged or broken product, or
- Incorrect product (different from what you ordered)
We will be happy to offer a replacement or exchange of equal value.
Mandatory Requirements for Claiming a Replacement
To ensure a smooth resolution, we require the following:
1. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
Sealed package exactly as received.
Shipping label and outer packaging must be clearly visible.
2. Clear Photographic Evidence
High-quality images highlighting the damage or incorrect item.
3. Timely Reporting
within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
How to Report an Issue

unboxing video (as per above guidelines) of the product
Once received, our team will verify the details and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or exchange at the earliest.
Important Notes
Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be processed.
Sale items, discounted products, and customized orders are not eligible for replacement unless damaged in transit.
