your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns
must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. Items that show signs of use or are not in
their original condition are not eligible for returns.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at amourbyanjali@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish
to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will assist you with the return
instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect,
damaged, or defective. For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as
Amour by Anjali cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include
photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of
your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7
business days.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, clearance items, and personalized or custom orders are non-returnable and nonrefundable.
7. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item
for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or
credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, please
contact us for further assistance.

Amour by Anjali reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will
be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised
